How to Enter Swimming Meets Using Your Club Organiser Account

Visit the club website (www.harrowswim.com) to see all upcoming Meets, including both club-hosted and external Meets. The site provides key details such as:
- Meet timings and schedule
- Race options
- Entry requirements and costs
Most Meets require an entry time, which can often be gained from our Club Championships . Your coach will advise which Meets are appropriate for your squad based on performance and eligibility.
- Identify Preferred Races
Meets are usually divided into sessions across one or more days. It is important to:
- Check session times and dates for the races you want to enter.
- Ensure the swimmer can attend the chosen days and sessions, as no refunds will be provided if a race is missed due to scheduling conflicts.
- Log in to Club Organiser
Go to the Meet booking site at www.cluborganiser.co.uk.
- Login with your credentials. If you’ve lost your login details, email bhsc@harrowswim.com for assistance.
- Select and Enter Meets
- After logging in, navigate down the page to the Meets section to view available competitions.
- Select the Meet you wish to enter by clicking on Enter Now.
- Review the races listed—eligible races will automatically appear based on the swimmer’s entry times.
- If a race doesn’t show up, the swimmer is not eligible for that race.
- All races are pre-selected by default; deselect any races you don’t want to enter.
- You can select or deselect all races by using the tick box at the bottom.
- Confirm and Pay
- Once you’ve selected the races, scroll to the bottom of the page to enable payment.
- Review the total cost and the swimmer’s entry times (or “No Time” where applicable).
- Click ‘Pay with Card’ to complete your entry using a credit or debit card.
- Additional Information
- Start times for some later sessions may not be available until after the registration deadline. However, estimated start times are usually provided.
- Accepted entries and confirmed session times will be announced once the deadline has passed.
